Senior Manual Tester (5 Month Contract)

• Requirements analysis and gap identification
• Business rule validation
• Test strategy and test planning
• Functional, integration, system, and regression testing
• Defect management and root cause analysis
• UAT planning and coordination
• Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) management
• Risk-based testing and quality assurance governance

Technical Skills:

• Azure DevOps, Jira, or equivalent test management tools
• SQL for data validation and reconciliation testing
• API testing (Postman, Swagger)
• Integration and end-to-end testing
• Batch processing and data migration testing
• Exposure to test automation and CI/CD practices

Stakeholder Management:

• Facilitate engagements with Business Analysts, SMEs, Product Owners, and Development Teams
• Lead test planning and defect triage sessions
• Provide quality reporting and risk assessments
• Support release readiness and Go/No-Go recommendations
• Mentor junior QA team members
