Recruitment Consultant - Resourcer Desk (UK Client, Remote)

Location: Remote (South Africa) - working for a UK-based client

About the opportunity

The Talent Team (TTT) is recruiting on behalf of an established UK recruitment specialist covering Civil, Structural and Building Services Engineering, Utilities, Transport Infrastructure, and Energy.

You'll be employed and payrolled by TTT under our Employer of Record (EOR) model, working remotely from South Africa - but you'll work directly under our client's direction, systems, and culture day to day. TTT provides your IT kit at no cost to you: a Dell laptop, 24-inch monitor, keyboard, mouse, and a Jabra Evolve headset.

This is a resourcer-focused desk: your core job is finding, screening, and delivering strong candidates against live vacancies in our client's specialist sectors - not business development.

What you'll be doing

• Sourcing candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, your own network, and referrals
• Screening CVs and conducting initial candidate conversations
• Building and maintaining a live, accurate pipeline
• Working to clear activity and volume targets
• Coordinating closely with the client's team on live briefs

What we're looking for

• 2+ years' recruitment experience in a genuinely KPI-driven environment
• UK recruitment experience (outside of Education, Healthcare, and Tech)
• A track record you can speak to specifically - real numbers, not just "exceeded targets"
• Focus and depth in one market rather than broad exposure across many sectors
• A strong work ethic and a collaborative, team-first approach
