Roles and Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and grow your own client base through networking, referrals, and proactive prospecting
• Establish and develop your own professional practice under the Liberty brand
• Provide holistic financial advice and tailored solutions aligned to each client’s goals and needs
• Conduct comprehensive financial needs analyses and develop family care plans
• Design and implement strategies focused on wealth creation, risk protection, and retirement planning
• Perform regular portfolio reviews to ensure clients remain on track to meet their financial objectives
• Cultivate long-term client relationships through consistent engagement and exceptional service delivery
• Uphold Liberty’s values through professionalism, ethics, integrity, respect, and empathy
• Continuously grow your business and strengthen your personal brand within the financial services industry

Requirements

• National Senior Certificate (Grade 12)
• Diploma or Degree (advantageous; must be FSCA-recognized)
• RE5 qualification (advantageous)
• Minimum of 2 years’ sales experience
• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle (advantageous)
• Clear criminal and credit record
• Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills
• A self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for success
