Event Producer & Influencer Campaign Manager

Mood Creative Agency is looking for an Event Producer & Influencer Campaign Manager to join our Cape Town team.

Mood is an all-female creative agency specialising in influencer marketing, events and activations, and social content strategy. This role sits right at the intersection of two of the things we do best — bringing brand experiences to life in a room, and turning them into content that performs online.

What you'll own

You'll lead the end-to-end production of client events and activations, from concept through to on-the-ground execution — coordinating suppliers and venues, keeping budgets and timelines on track, and being the calm, organised presence in the room on event day. Alongside that, you'll run influencer marketing campaigns and manage brand ambassador programs, from creator sourcing and briefing through to relationship management, content tracking and reporting.

You're a strong fit if you

You've produced events or activations before and know what it takes to run one without drama. You understand the influencer landscape — how to brief creators, manage ongoing ambassador relationships, and read what makes content actually land. You're highly organised, comfortable juggling multiple moving parts at once, and you bring energy and taste to client-facing work.
