• Manage, service, and grow an existing or newly built client portfolio

• Provide expert advice on insurance, investments, and retirement planning

• Conduct regular financial reviews to ensure client plans stay on track

• Maintain full compliance with FAIS and other regulatory requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in financial advisory or financial services

• Matric (Grade 12) certificate

• South African citizen

• Valid driver's licence and reliable own vehicle

• Clear criminal and credit record

• A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales/advice targets

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable managing your own client pipeline

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS (BASED ON INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE)

In line with FSCA/FAIS regulatory requirements, candidates must hold the qualifications applicable to their length of time in the financial services industry:

– More than 1 year in the industry – Class of Business (COB) certification required

– More than 2 years in the industry – Regulatory Examination (RE5) required

– More than 5 years in the industry – a relevant NQF5 qualification required
