Prism Placements is partnering with this global leader in the automotive aftermarkets parts industry looking for a

General Manager / Sales Director – Africa

to take responsibility for the overall leadership, performance, and strategic direction of their operations in Africa.

Remuneration:

• R2M C.T.C. per annum all inclusive.

Experience & Requirements:

• Relevant B-degree essential.
• Min 15-20 yrs experience in a senior leadership role (GM, Country Manager or equivalent).
• Proven track record in B2B sales, distribution and market development in Africa.
• Experience managing OEM relationships within Africa’s automotive sector advantageous.
• Fluency in English and Afrikaans required.
• Valid passport and willingness to travel nationally and internally.
