An international organisation is seeking a skilled Web Developer to support the digital transformation of its online platforms. This role will focus on redesigning and modernising websites, developing a secure data platform, and building an online learning environment through innovative and scalable web solutions.

The successful candidate will work closely with international teams to deliver high-performing, user-friendly platforms that enhance engagement, accessibility, and digital experience across multiple audiences.

  • Redesign, develop, and maintain modern, responsive websites
  • Ensure website accessibility, functionality, and optimised performance
  • Implement and manage CMS platforms with multilingual capabilities
  • Design and develop secure data hub platforms with interactive dashboards and reporting features
  • Integrate APIs, data visualisation tools, and third-party systems
  • Develop and maintain online learning platforms, including user registration, progress tracking, and certification features
  • Implement secure payment gateways and paywall functionality
  • Ensure integration with existing systems and member platforms
  • Maintain high standards of website security, scalability, and GDPR compliance
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external service providers to deliver projects within deadlines and budget
  • Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and training to users and internal teams
  • Monitor and improve overall user experience and platform performance
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in web development and digital platform design
  • Proven experience delivering complex web development projects
  • Strong front-end development experience using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React or Angular
  • Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, PHP, or Python
  • Strong database management experience using MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar
  • Experience working with CMS platforms such as WordPress or Drupal
  • Exposure to e-learning platforms such as Moodle or similar systems
  • Experience with API integrations, cloud hosting, and data visualisation tools
  • Strong project coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments
  • Relevant qualification in Web Development, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of responsive design, UX/UI principles, and web accessibility standards
  • Knowledge of cloud hosting platforms such as AWS or Azure
  • Understanding of GDPR and web security best practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to work independently within a remote or hybrid international team environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet project deadlines
