A dynamic organisation is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Reporting & HRIS Administrator to support reporting operations, HR data management, and administrative functions. This role is ideal for a candidate with strong reporting, analytics, and systems administration experience who thrives in a fast-paced and data-driven environment.

The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining reporting accuracy, supporting HRIS processes, and improving operational efficiency through data analysis and reporting automation.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using Microsoft Excel and Power BI
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly operational and management reports
  • Analyse data trends and provide insights to support business decision-making
  • Ensure reporting accuracy, consistency, and data integrity
  • Automate manual reporting processes to improve efficiency
  • Prepare presentations, summaries, and analytical reports for management
  • Support KPI tracking and performance reporting across departments

HRIS & Data Management

  • Maintain and manage HRIS systems and employee databases
  • Capture, update, verify, and audit employee and operational data
  • Ensure confidentiality and compliance with company policies regarding sensitive information
  • Assist with system updates, user access management, and troubleshooting
  • Generate HR-related reports and analytics when required
  • Maintain accurate records and filing systems
  • Support data migration and data cleansing initiatives

General Administration

  • Provide administrative support to management and operational teams
  • Manage documentation, filing systems, and recordkeeping
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and communication where required
  • Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence
  • Support smooth day-to-day administrative operations
  • Handle confidential information professionally and securely
  • Assist with ad hoc operational projects and requirements
  • Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in reporting, HRIS administration, data management, or administrative support
  • Strong experience using Microsoft Excel and Power BI
  • Experience working with HRIS systems and databases
  • Exposure to reporting automation and dashboard development
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work with large volumes of data accurately and efficiently
  • Experience within recruitment, HR, workforce management, or operational environments advantageous
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Grade 12 / Matric Certificate
  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Systems, Analytics, or a related field advantageous
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills essential
  • Proficiency in Power BI dashboard setup and management
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
