Product Owner

We’re hiring a Product Owner to support one of our UK-based clients, leading the definition and delivery of internal systems in a complex, multi-system environment. This is a business-facing role suited to someone who enjoys solving operational problems, improving workflows, and turning ambiguity into clear, deliverable outcomes.

This is a delivery-focused position where you’ll take ownership of internal system roadmaps, align business needs with technical teams, and drive measurable operational value.

• Acting as the bridge between business teams and developers

• Owning and prioritising the internal systems backlog

• Identifying opportunities for automation and integration

• Translating business problems into clear product requirements

• Guiding delivery and ensuring solutions solve the right problems

• Communicating progress, value, and risk to stakeholders

• Experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst

• Comfortable working across complex systems and integrations

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Experience working with agile delivery teams
