Key Account Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to manage and grow strategic customer relationships within a B2B SaaS environment. The successful candidate will combine strong account management and customer success expertise with a deep understanding of recruitment technology, HR processes and the needs of senior business stakeholders.

Skills Required

• 4+ years' experience in Account Management and Customer Success within a B2B SaaS, recruitment technology or HR technology environment.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in IT and/or Commerce.
• Strong understanding of recruitment technology and corporate HR business processes.
• Proven ability to drive customer retention, expansion and satisfaction.
• Demonstrated experience engaging C-level executives and senior stakeholders.
• Data-driven approach with experience using CRM or customer success platforms such as HubSpot, Intercom, Jira or similar.
• Project and/or change management experience would be advantageous.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills
