Financial Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced and hands-on Financial Manager to join their dynamic team. This role requires a strong leader with proven managerial experience and the ability to oversee the full financial function within the business.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the full financial function
• Manage and lead the debtors and creditors departments
• Maintain and manage the cashbook up to trial balance
• Oversee GRNs and stock control processes
• Ensure accurate and efficient accounting processes
• Perform financial analysis and reporting to support business decisions

Requirements

• BCom Accounting degree (essential)
• Proven experience in a similar Financial Manager role
• Strong managerial and leadership experience
• Proficiency in Pastel Partner
• Solid understanding of accounting processes and financial controls
• Experience with cashbook, trial balance, stock control, and GRNs
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
