Position: Branch Manager – Forklifts

Location: Port Elizabeth

Requirements:

Grade 12
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management / Operations Management / Supply Chain / Engineering or related field (Advantageous)
Minimum 5 years technical knowledge (forklifts, operations and maintenance
Minimum 5 years sales and parts management experience
Minimum 5 years staff management experience
Strong aptitude for sales and business development
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Valid drivers licence

Responsibilities:

Manage daily sales, including rental, parts and service targets vs actual performance, reacting timeously to any identified problems
Departmental administration management
Reporting and performance monitoring across various business areas
Ensuring internal control adherence, pertaining to policies, procedures and controls
Overall branch management including operational, financial, asset and resource and staff management
Ensure effective staff management
Develop customer relationships and resolve issues timeously
Ensure achievement of targets in line with budget requirements
Ensure branch revenue, profit and margin targets are achieved
Manage and facilitate all work in progress (WIP)
Monitor and analyse branch financial performance
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
