Accountant

We are a leading transport and logistics company committed to precision, reliability, and customer satisfaction. With a growing fleet and expanding operations, we are seeking a skilled Accountant to strengthen our financial team and ensure smooth handling of our transport-related accounts.

• Manage daily accounting functions including reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reporting.

• Oversee accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of supplier and client transactions.

• Track fleet-related expenses (fuel, maintenance, insurance, tolls) and provide cost analysis.

• Prepare monthly management accounts and assist with budgeting and forecasting.

• Support audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations.

• Liaise with operations teams to align financial records with transport schedules and delivery documentation.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in accounting, preferably in transport/logistics.

• Proficiency in accounting software (Pastel, QuickBooks, or similar).

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Excellent communication skills for internal teams and external stakeholders.
