Software Developer

Software Developers with a relevant Bachelors Degree and expert C# Development experience in CRM and client portal solutions, required for a Financial Service Provider based in Bellville (Cape Town) and Midrand (Gauteng).

Responsibilities:

• Align and build capabilities and services in line with strategic projects and architecture
• Review architecture of current software stack and guide improvement process
• Liaise with other developers, BA’s and Testers
• Review current coding practices and implement and maintain improvements
• Assess and validate development requirements requirement from stakeholders, with BA’s
• Pre-development and testing
• Implement processes for gathering, reviewing and analysing development requirements
• Member of CRM Management Team
• Translate business requirements in technology terminology

Minimum requirements:

• Tertiary qualification essential – B.Sc Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar Bachelor degree essential
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in C# development essential
• Experience in the Financial Services Industry preferred
• PHP Development experience required
• Angular, Bootstrap, jQuery experience required
• CI/CD pipelines in Azure Development required
• SQL experience
• CRM and client portal solution experience required
• Agile/Scrum experience required
• Flutter experience advantageous
• Expert understanding of the software development process
• String security principles experience preferred
• Knowledge of microservice architecture advantageous
• Integration knowledge beneficial
• Kubernetes/Docker, virtualisation experience required
• Cloud vendor experience
• Exposure to Architecture beneficial
