About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized, service-driven Branch Administrator to support the daily operations of our Westville branch with fast-paced IT services and break-fix environment.

This role is ideal for an experienced administrator, service coordinator, call desk professional, or technically minded individual looking to transition from the field into an office-based operational support role.

You will play a vital role in coordinating service activities, supporting technicians, managing branch administration, maintaining stock control, and ensuring excellent customer service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily branch administration and service-related activities.
  • Support break-fix service delivery by monitoring job progress and opening tickets.
  • Liaise with customers, technicians, suppliers, finance, operations, and call desk teams.
  • Manage branch stock, parts, spares, courier activities, and asset records.
  • Assist with procurement processes, supplier documentation, and purchase requests.
  • Prepare invoice instructions, branch reports, and operational updates.
  • Maintain accurate branch records and ensure compliance with company procedures.
  • Monitor service delivery risks and escalate issues proactively.
  • Contribute to a professional, organized, and customer-focused branch environment.

Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12 / Matric (essential).
  • 2-4 years' experience in:
    • Branch Administration
    • Service Coordination
    • IT Support Administration
    • Call Desk Administration
    • Procurement Administration
    • Technical Field Operations
  • Experience in an IT Services, Managed Services, Hardware Support, Field Services, or Break-Fix environment will be highly advantageous.
  • Strong Microsoft 365 skills, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Good understanding of service tickets, SLAs, stock control, and technician scheduling.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
  • Experience with stock management, logistics coordination, and reporting is advantageous.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transport will be beneficial.
