Key Responsibilities

Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care

Monitor and support patients with mental health conditions

Administer medication as prescribed

Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Participate in therapeutic and supportive patient interventions

Requirements

Valid registration with the South African Nursing Council (SANC)

Relevant qualifications for the position applied for

Experience in psychiatric or mental health nursing will be advantageous

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team

Compassionate, patient-centred approach to care
