Medical Accounts Controller to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong medical billing experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes ownership of their work.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role within a medical practice
• Proficiency in Health Bridge, iHealth, or Vericlaim
• Strong working knowledge of ICD10 codes, RPL codes, modifiers, PMB, and medical aid processes
• Proven ability to investigate and resolve claims queries effectively
• Strong problem-solving skills with a high level of accuracy
• Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team

Additional Requirements

• Own reliable cell phone, laptop, and internet connection
• Self-motivated with excellent organisational and time management skills
