Professional Architect - Cape Town

Our client, an established architectural practice, is seeking an experienced Professional Architect to join their Cape Town team. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong architect to work on exciting projects within a collaborative, BIM-driven environment while contributing to projects from design development through to delivery.

The successful candidate will bring a strong balance of design excellence, technical expertise and project coordination skills, with the confidence to work effectively alongside multidisciplinary teams.

What You'll Be Doing

• Develop and deliver architectural designs across multiple project stages.
• Produce high-quality technical documentation using Revit.
• Collaborate with consultants and project teams within a BIM environment.
• Coordinate project information and maintain technical quality throughout delivery.
• Contribute to successful project outcomes from design development through completion.

• Advanced Revit and BIM proficiency.
• Strong architectural design and technical detailing abilities.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Collaborative and team-oriented approach.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Minimum Qualifications

• SACAP Registered Professional Architect.
• Approximately 10 years' relevant industry experience.
• Strong proficiency in Revit.

Experience

• Strong technical and architectural design experience.
• Experience across design development, technical documentation and project delivery.
• Confidence working within a BIM-based project environment.
• Experience coordinating with multidisciplinary teams throughout project delivery.
