Co-Head of Legal & Compliance

We are currently seeking a Co-Head of Legal & Compliance to join our reputable client’s team.

Requirements

• An LLB degree and admission as an attorney
• Strong academic abilities
• At least five years’ post-qualification experience
• Ideally experience includes working in house in financial services, funds or investment banking for part of the career
• Ideally prior professional exposure to work in multiple jurisdictions
• Experience of anti-money laundering and regulatory compliance obligations in more than one jurisdiction
• The standing to advise the executive directly, and the judgement to operate with limited supervision
• The appetite to work with service providers across multiple jurisdictions
• The appetite to take on new tasks and build the firm’s capability in unfamiliar areas
• Fluency in use of professional tools
