Accountant /Controller

This is a deadline-driven, detail-oriented position within our Finance team. You will play a key role in managing the full debtors function — from billing and lease loading to reconciliations and tenant reporting — across a dynamic portfolio of companies.

Key Responsibilities:

• • Billing of deposits and rentals
• • Loading and tracking leases and commission schedules
• • Preparing tenant recovery and rental schedules
• • Applying rental escalations and collating turnover figures
• • Preparing import files onto the ERP system
• • Sending debtor invoices and statements
• • Processing tenant receipts on the ERP
• • Preparing and analysing meter reading schedules
• • Conducting lease audits
• • Assisting with VAT and withholding tax certificates and reconciliations
• • Updating and maintaining tenant records on the ERP
• • Preparation of files and reports for all finance reporting meetings
