We're seeking a skilled Estimator to join our team! In this role, you'll play a vital role in project success by providing accurate cost estimates and Managing the bidding process.

Responsibilities

• Analyze technical drawings and specifications.
• Leverage your fabrication and installation experience to accurately assess project requirements.
• Communicate effectively with clients verbally, in writing, and through various platforms (MS Office, Teams, etc.).
• Attend client meetings for RFQs/tenders, participate in new project discussions, and contribute to problem-solving throughout project lifecycles.
• Compile Bill of Materials (BOMs) for accurate material takeoffs.
• Develop comprehensive cost calculations for project review.
• Process variation orders efficiently.
• Initiate purchase orders for required materials.
• Draft and submit compelling tender letters.
• Proactively follow up with clients regarding proposals, maintain open communication, and address any queries.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of client, OEM, and ISO specifications and procedures.
• Secure quotations from suppliers, maintain positive supplier relationships, and manage price lists effectively.
• Possess experience with import and cross-border logistics.

Qualifications

Electrical Engineering Diploma

• Proven experience as an Estimator (or similar role) is a must.
• Excellent technical drawing skills and the ability to interpret complex specifications.
• Solid understanding of fabrication and installation processes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and collaborative platforms (e.g., Teams).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
