AI Engineer | Microsoft Copilot Studio & Azure AI Foundry

Key Responsibilities

• Develop AI agents and copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure AI Foundry.
• Build scalable AI solutions, orchestration pipelines, and RAG-based applications.
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems through APIs, data platforms, and cloud services.
• Deploy and optimise AI agents across channels such as Microsoft Teams and Power Platform.
• Ensure security, governance, compliance, and Responsible AI best practices.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance AI solution performance.
• Mentor team members and contribute to AI best practices and reusable frameworks.

Requirements

• 1-3 years' hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, and related AI platforms.
• Proven experience building and deploying AI/ML or Generative AI solutions.
• Knowledge of agent-based architectures, conversational AI, and RAG pipelines.
• Strong Python and API integration skills.
• Experience within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem, including data integration and cloud services.
• Familiarity with GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, Agile, SAFe, and DevOps practices.
