This is a senior career opportunity for a driven professional with 6 to 10 years' experience who is ready to make an impact in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Reporting to the CIO, you will play a key role in supporting data-driven decision-making and helping shape CRM insights that add real business value.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain CRM platforms, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Develop customer segmentation, dashboards, and reporting solutions.
• Analyse customer behaviour, trends, and lifecycle data to identify opportunities.
• Monitor campaign performance, lead scoring, and conversion metrics.
• Improve customer retention through data-driven insights.
• Resolve data quality issues and drive CRM best practices.
• Build automated workflows and support system integrations.
• Partner with business and technical teams to enhance CRM capabilities.
• Provide user training and communicate insights to stakeholders.

• Bachelor's degree in a IT / Data-related field.
• 2-4 years' experience in CRM administration, analytics, or data analysis.
• Strong SQL and Excel skills.
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Knowledge of relational databases and CRM integrations.
• Understanding of customer segmentation, lifecycle analytics, and KPI reporting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
