Talent Delivery Consultant

We’re hiring a Talent Delivery Consultant to support one of our UK-based clients operating within the built environment sector.

This is a delivery-focused recruitment role supporting strategic hiring projects across design, engineering, and the wider built environment space. You’ll play a key role in sourcing talent, managing candidate processes, and supporting high-quality recruitment delivery across multiple assignments.

• Sourcing candidates through advertising, headhunting, and talent mapping
• Managing candidate screening and early-stage interviews
• Supporting hiring projects and recruitment co-ordination
• Managing job adverts, ATS updates, and recruitment reporting
• Scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate communication
• Supporting market research and recruitment insight projects

• Previous recruitment, talent delivery, or search experience
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
• Organised, proactive, and confident managing multiple processes
• Strong communication and stakeholder management ability
• Interest in the built environment, engineering, or design sectors
• Energetic and motivated mindset with a passion for recruitment
