Job Duties

This full-time, on-site Sales Consultant role, based in Johannesburg, involves developing and maintaining client relationships, promoting services, and delivering superior customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include conducting consultations, identifying client needs, advising on best-fit solutions, and providing excellent customer service to drive success. Additionally, the role requires collaboration with team members to meet company sales objectives and maintain a strong understanding of industry trends and client requirements.

  • Duties will also include
  • Achieving or exceeding monthly sales targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers
  • Increase and generate new business sales
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals
  • Provide excellent customer serviceConduct market research to identify selling possibilities and opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities

Key Requirements

  • Matric or Grade 12 / NQF 4 learning ability
  • Minimum 2 years sales / Occupational Health and Safety experience
  • Sales and Marketing Diploma can be an added advantage
  • Basic computer skills
  • Knowledge of occupational health and safety services in all the industry can be an added advantage

Salary (commission based)

25% of revenue generated from successful corporate sales
