ROLE OVERVIEW

This role is suited to someone looking to take ownership of a studio environment and grow within a design-led brand.

”We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Jewellery Design Studio Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day operations and client experience within our design and retail studio.

This is a hands-on role requiring someone who can confidently manage both the creative and operational flow of the studio, ensuring seamless coordination between clients, design, and production.

A core focus of this position is delivering an exceptional retail and client experience, from initial engagement through to final delivery.

KEY RESPONSIBILTIES

• Lead and manage daily design studio operations, including administrative and retail functions
• Oversee and enhance the end-to-end client experience, including bespoke design consultations
• Manage client communication for repairs, alterations, and remodeling projects
• Coordinate and optimise studio workflow and production timelines
• Act as the central point of communication between the designer, workshop manager, and manufacturing team
• Source materials and liaise with suppliers and external partners
• Ensure smooth execution of orders, production, and delivery processes
• Contribute to and support brand-aligned content creation and social media activity

REQUIREMENTS

• Formal or technical training in jewellery design and/or manufacturing
• Proven experience within a jewellery studio or workshop environment (essential)
• Strong background in a client-facing role within the jewellery industry
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage operations and workflow in a studio setting
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• A genuine passion for jewellery, design, and creative industries
• Experience with content creation and social media tools is advantageous
