We’re looking for a Senior Account Manager to join our growing team at Let’s Be Frank - someone who can confidently lead accounts, think strategically and keep the wheels turning across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and implement creative marketing strategies across client accounts
• Act as the main point of contact, ensuring clear communication and strong relationships
• Manage and coordinate suppliers and production teams
• Oversee timelines, deliverables and status updates
• Align all campaign elements and execution (“pull the strings”)
• Plan and oversee content distribution across digital channels
• Develop clear pre-production and post-production briefs
• Handle key admin, reporting, and performance tracking
• Collaborate closely with the creative team to bring ideas to life

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years experience in agency, account management or marketing
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Confident communicator with a great attitude
• Comfortable working in township and underserved communities
• Willing and able to travel when required
• A proactive, solutions-driven mindset
• Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment
