Our client is currently looking for a Junior HR Consultant to join their team.

Chair disciplinary hearings and provide procedural guidance.
Consult with clients on HR and labour relations matters.
Advise clients on employee relations, disciplinary processes, and HR best practices.
Draft HR and labour-related documentation where required.
Ensure compliance with applicable labour legislation and company policies.
Provide general HR support across a range of client engagements.

Previous experience in a Human Resources or Labour Relations role.
Experience chairing disciplinary hearings.
Experience conducting consultations with clients on HR and labour-related matters.
Sound knowledge of general HR practices and labour relations.
Ability to provide practical HR advice and support to clients.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple client matters.
