A boutique CF firm is seeking a Senior Analyst/Associate to hit the ground running. The business has a great pipeline, with a specific focus on the mining sector. Experience Requirements

• A senior Associate (VP level) with an international investment banking background
• Minimum of six years' experience in investment banking and 10 years working experience
• Proven ability to lead teams to deliver on the execution of complex transactions
• Demonstrable track record working on a variety of equity financing (IPOs, Private Placements) and domestic and cross-border M&A transactions
