What You’ll Do

• Lead with Relationships: Build trusted connections with HR leaders, EXCO, and decision-makers who want to improve their people’s wellbeing.
• Grow with Purpose: Spot opportunities, craft solutions, and expand our reach across South Africa and beyond.
• Represent with Pride: Be the face of Company Wellness Solutions at client meetings, events, and industry gatherings.
• Expand Partnerships: Deepen engagement with existing clients by identifying add-ons, upgrades, and untapped solutions.
• Drive Growth: Own your pipeline, report on wins, and deliver consistent sales results that align with our growth ambitions.

What Makes You a Winner

• Track Record of Growth: 3+ years in senior sales, business development, or account management. Corporate wellness or service-based industry experience is a plus.
• Boardroom Confidence: You’ve presented to senior leaders and know how to influence decisions.
• Relationship Obsessed: You believe sales is about trust, not transactions.
• Strategic & Results-Driven: You love targets because they mean impact.
• Resilient & Fun: You bounce back, adapt, and bring energy into every room.
• Own Transport: Must have a valid driver’s license and your own car.
