Minimum Requirements - Minimum Grade 12 or equivalent qualification in line with the National Qualifications Framework (NQF). - Proven ability to work flexible hours to meet operational demands. - Relevant retail or customer service experience is preferred. - Basic computer literacy for record-keeping and communication tasks. - Strong communication skills to interact clearly and effectively with customers and colleagues. - Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize tasks efficiently with intermediate planning skills. - Attention to detail and quality orientation to maintain fitting room standards and minimize errors. - Customer service orientation with the ability to anticipate and respond to customer needs promptly. - Stress tolerance and emotional management to function effectively under pressure. - Demonstrated honesty, reliability, and adherence to ethical standards consistent with company values.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers warmly, ensuring a positive and efficient fitting room experience.
• Manage garment flow by issuing and collecting fitting room discs and physically checking items in and out.
• Maintain fitting room cleanliness, safety, and hygiene according to company standards throughout the day.
• Ensure all returned clothing is properly hung, sized correctly, and placed back on the sales floor in an orderly manner.
• Apply product knowledge to advise customers and offer suitable alternatives when required.
• Accurately complete disc control registers and adhere to stock management policies to minimize shrinkage.
• Report any suspicious behavior or dishonesty related to fitting room shrinkage promptly to management.
• Demonstrate punctuality, professional appearance, and consistent adherence to company policies and ethics.
• Effectively communicate with customers and colleagues using clear verbal and written skills.
• Adapt to flexible working hours and support team goals by participating in daily briefings and meetings.
