• Prepare theatre and surgical equipment for procedures
• Scrub and assist surgeons during operations
• Provide direct assistance to surgeons and anaesthetists
• Maintain strict aseptic techniques and infection control standards
• Perform surgical counts in line with theatre protocols
• Monitor and advocate for patient safety throughout procedures
• Assist with theatre stock control and equipment management
• Ensure accurate patient documentation and theatre records
• Support multidisciplinary teams for efficient theatre flow
• Supervise and guide enrolled nurses and auxiliary personnel

• Diploma or Degree in Nursing.
• SANC Registered
• Diploma/Degree in Perioperative / Operating Theatre Nursing.
• Minimum 2+ years' theatre scrubbing experience
