Client Services Administrator

Our client in Financial Services Industry, requires the services of an experienced Client Services Administrator to join their team.

Key performance areas

• Delivering a high standard of client service
• Managing complex client cases
• Overseeing day-to-day client servicing activities
• Ensuring accuracy and efficiency in client service
• Providing an excellent client experience
• Handling escalated queries from Financial Advisers
• Handling escalated queries from members
• Handling escalated queries from third parties
• Applying strong technical knowledge to resolve queries
• Ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

The successful candidate must have

• Matric with a Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related tertiary qualification
• Diploma or certification in Financial Services, Compliance, or Client Services (advantageous)
• Must have at least 3-5 years’ experience in a client services role, preferably within the financial services industry
• Understanding of pensions and investment products and experience working in a regulated environment with knowledge of compliance and risk requirements
• Proven experience in handling client queries and maintaining high service standards role
• Excellent computer literacy (MS Office – Outlook, Word & Excel)
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
• Must have a driver’s licence and own reliable transport
