SUMMARY

Looking for an Implementation Engineer to take the AI System into client environment and make it operational. Client facing, hands on focused on integration our AI Platform with Client telephony system.

POSITION INFO

Key Responsibilities: Lead the implementation of the AI Platform across client environment. Integrate the platform with client telephony, CRM and internal data systems. Configure AI agents, workflow, routing rules and transfer logic. Build and maintain API integration and automation scripts Work directly with clients to gather requirements, provide technical guidance and manage implementation activities Support user acceptance testing, go-live planning and production deployment. Job Experience and skill required Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or similar 3 - 5 years experience in a similar role Experience in C#, .NET, Microsoft Azure, Docker, Ci/CD and telephony APi and platforms Apply now!
