SUMMARY

Our client in the Telecoms sector is seeking a Power Platform Engineer on a contract duration of 5 to 12 months.

Role Purpose

The Power Platform Engineer designs, builds, and maintains low-code business applications and automated workflows on the Microsoft Power Platform Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse. The role turns business and operational requirements into secure, governed, and scalable solutions that digitise internal processes, reduce manual effort, and accelerate delivery across Fintech. Working within Enterprise Engineering, the engineer partners with business analysts, process owners, and platform teams to deliver rapid, reliable solutions that complement the organisation's core fintech and digital channel platforms.

POSITION INFO

Required Skills & Experience Hands-on experience building production solutions with Power Apps (canvas and model-driven). Proficiency in Power Automate cloud flows; desktop flows / RPA an advantage. Strong Dataverse skills data modelling, security roles, business rules, and solutions. Working knowledge of Power Fx, connectors, and the Power Platform ALM lifecycle. Experience integrating with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and REST APIs. Understanding of Azure services (Entra ID, Functions, Logic Apps, API Management). Familiarity with Power Platform governance, DLP policies, and environment management. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder-engagement skills. Nice to Have Microsoft certifications PL-100, PL-200, PL-400, or PL-600. Experience with Power BI for embedded reporting and dashboards. Exposure to Power Pages / portals for external-facing solutions. Knowledge of Copilot Studio and AI Builder within the Power Platform. Experience in telecom, fintech, or other highly regulated environments. Familiarity with Agile delivery and DevOps practices. Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. 3-8+ years in application development, with 2+ years focused on the Microsoft Power Platform. Experience delivering low-code solutions in enterprise, telecom, or fintech environments is an advantage.
