SUMMARY

Manufacturing company situated in Roodepoort are looking for an experienced CNC Programmer, Setter and Operator for their workshop.

POSITION INFO

To take responsibility for a job from drawing through to completed component, with minimal supervision. The key requirements are: Proven experience in CNC programming, machine setup and operation Ability to interpret detailed engineering drawings, tolerances and specifications Experience selecting appropriate tooling, cutting parameters, feeds and speeds Ability to set work offsets, tool offsets and conduct first-off inspections Strong understanding of machining processes and production efficiency Ability to identify and resolve programming, tooling and machining problems Competence in measuring and inspecting components using precision measuring equipment Strong computer literacy Good administrative and record-keeping abilities Ability to maintain job cards, setup sheets, inspection records and production information Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality Reliable, dedicated, energetic and willing to take ownership of the CNC department Able to work independently while also functioning well within a workshop team We are looking for an ambitious and dynamic individual who is comfortable with modern manufacturing technology and has the potential to grow with the business. Working hours: Monday to Thursday 7h00 - 15h45 Friday 7h00 - 12h00
