Strategy Associate

We're looking for a Strategy Associate to work directly with the Chief Strategy Officer, helping shape and execute business strategy while expanding access to finance for South African SMMEs through innovative funding solutions.

Requirements include

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field
• 3–5 years' experience in strategy, fintech, financial services, management consulting, or a related environment
• Experience working with banks, funders, or strategic partners is highly advantageous
• Strong commercial acumen and structured problem-solving skills
• Excellent PowerPoint, Excel, and data storytelling skills with experience preparing executive-level presentations
• Comfortable using AI tools and automation platforms to improve business outcomes
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Genuine interest in fintech, financial inclusion, and supporting South African SMMEs
