Financial Controller

We're looking for a Financial Controller to join a dynamic investment holding company, where you'll play a key role in overseeing financial operations, supporting investment decisions, and ensuring the financial integrity of a diverse portfolio of businesses.

Requirements include

• BCom Honours in Accounting or Finance (CA(SA) or CIMA preferred)
• 3–5 years' experience in financial management, ideally within investment management, asset management, private equity, or a holding company environment
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, consolidated financial reporting, and statutory compliance
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with experience in financial modelling
• Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Sage, or similar
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• A proactive, commercially minded individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment
