Investment Banking Associate / Vice President

Our client is seeking an Investment Banking Associate or Vice President to join a leading advisory firm, where you'll play a key role in originating, executing, and delivering complex M&A and capital raising transactions across Africa.

Requirements include

• Minimum of 4 years' experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, Private Equity, or Transaction Advisory
• Demonstrated transaction experience within the Metals & Mining or broader Natural Resources sector
• Strong financial modelling, valuation, and transaction execution skills
• Knowledge of mining-specific valuation methodologies and commodity markets
• Experience across M&A, equity capital raising, project finance, debt finance, royalty, and streaming transactions
• Excellent relationship management and business development skills
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation abilities
• Advanced financial modelling and technology skills
• Experience within an investment bank, corporate finance advisory, private equity or resources-focused fund, with sector exposure to precious metals, base and battery metals, bulk commodities or mining services considered a strong advantage.
