MEP Draughtsperson

Our client is seeking a skilled MEP Draughtsperson to join a dynamic engineering team delivering high-quality building services solutions across a diverse range of commercial and institutional developments. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong BIM and Revit MEP expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce accurate technical engineering drawings for MEP services
• Develop and maintain BIM models from concept design through design development
• Coordinate drawings with multidisciplinary engineering teams
• Ensure models and drawings comply with project specifications and industry standards
• Update and revise documentation throughout the project lifecycle
• Support project delivery across multiple building sectors

• Education facilities
• Transport infrastructure
• Healthcare facilities
• Retail developments
• Data centres and call centres
• Laboratories
• Industrial and warehouse facilities

Minimum Requirements

• Multi Disciplinary Draughting Office Practice (MDDOP) qualification
• Revit MEP Certificate
• Experience producing technical engineering drawings and BIM models
• Strong knowledge of Revit MEP and engineering drafting standards
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
