Our client is seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor / Finishing Foreman to join a multi-storey residential development in the Cape Town area. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on professional with a strong background in finishing and quality control to contribute to the successful completion of a high-profile project.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate all finishing activities on site
  • Ensure work is completed to the required quality standards and project specifications
  • Manage subcontractors and daily site operations within the finishing phase
  • Monitor progress and assist in maintaining project timelines
  • Identify and resolve on-site issues efficiently
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements

Minimum Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor or Finishing Foreman
  • Experience on multi-storey residential construction projects is essential
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and quality workmanship
  • Own reliable transport is required
  • Available to commence as soon as possible
