SUMMARY

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB

• We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Business Partner to provide HR support across our Coastal operations, including KwaZulu-Natal, Western Cape and Eastern Cape.
• The successful candidate will act as the primary HR contact for the Coastal region, partnering with operational management to deliver effective people management solutions while ensuring compliance with labour legislation, company policies and HR best practices.
• The role requires regular travel within the Coastal regions and close collaboration with the Gauteng-based HR team to ensure consistency in HR processes and standards.

POSITION INFO

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE Grade 12 (Matric). Diploma in Human Resources Management or related field (preferred). Proficient in Microsoft Office. Minimum of 5 years' HR experience in a mid to senior level operational HR role. Previous experience within a manufacturing environment will be advantageous. Sound knowledge of South African labour legislation, including the preparation and management of CCMA conciliation and arbitration proceedings. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES BUT NOT LIMITED TO: Provide end-to-end HR support and guidance to managers and employees across the Coastal region. Manage employee relation processes in line with labour legislation and company policies. Coordinate and support recruitment, onboarding, training and employee development initiatives. Ensure compliance with HR legislation, BBBEE requirements and internal policies. Maintain accurate HR records, reporting and support audit requirements. Drive employee engagement and foster a positive workplace culture through regular interaction with employees and management. Identify and escalate HR risks while partnering with management to implement effective people management practices.
