Job Description: Partner with executive leadership to shape business strategy and drive sustainable growth Lead the end-to-end planning, budgeting, forecasting, and target-setting process Provide commercial insights and financial recommendations that influence critical business decisions Drive business performance through proactive analysis, forecasting, and strategic interventions Champion profitability and margin improvement initiatives across the organisation Lead pricing and revenue optimisation strategies to maximise business value Deliver executive-level reporting, board presentations, and performance insights Identify risks and opportunities, implementing corrective actions to achieve financial targets Drive finance transformation through automation, digitalisation, and process improvement initiatives Influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders across local, regional, and global teams Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing finance team while fostering an inclusive culture Optimise resource allocation and investment decisions to support long-term business objective Skills & Experience: 12-15 years of experience in finance leadership experience within a complex corporate environment Demonstrated success influencing senior executives and driving strategic business decisions Strong commercial acumen with a proven ability to improve business performance and profitability Extensive experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and performance management Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across multiple functions and regions Proven ability to lead teams, develop talent, and build high-performance cultures Qualification: CA(SA) / CIMA For more information connect with us on and Register your CV to create a profile and to view all our Financial recruitment vacancies.
