This on-site role in Midrand combines finance administration with major retail account order processing. It is ideal for someone who can manage deadlines, spot problems early and keep records audit-ready.

POSITION INFO

Duties / Key Responsibilities Maintain debtors, creditors, cashbooks and control-account reconciliations. Allocate payments, prepare quotes and invoices, and process approved credit notes. Resolve account queries, allocation differences and reconciliation exceptions. Manage major retailer orders from purchase order through dispatch, invoicing and proof of delivery. Check pricing, quantities, trading terms and delivery requirements. Coordinate with production, warehouse, dispatch, finance and sales teams. Update retailer portals, order trackers and supporting documents. Maintain accurate CRM records and basic sales and order-status reports. Escalate overdue balances, discrepancies and approval exceptions promptly. Requirements 2-4 years' experience in finance administration, bookkeeping, debtors or creditors. FMCG, wholesale or retail order-processing experience. Knowledge of reconciliations, invoicing, payment allocation and credit notes. Strong Excel skills, including formulas, filters and lookups. Experience with accounting software and retailer portals. Comfortable working on-site in Midrand. Education Matric required. Bookkeeping, accounting or finance qualification advantageous. Soft Skills Accurate, organised and deadline-driven. Strong follow-through and problem-solving ability. Clear communicator with good judgement and respect for approval limits. Salary The proposed salary for the role is R15k - R20k per month - the final offer will depend on qualifications, experience and skills.
