Junior Web Developer

The Role

We are looking for a Junior Web Developer to join our technical team in a fully remote capacity. In this role, you will assist in the maintenance and development of the digital tools we use to deliver our consulting findings and manage our internal operations. Much of your initial work will involve supporting a major project for a major financial services provider, where technical accuracy is necessary to present data-heavy reports to senior leadership. This position is designed for an entry-level professional who is eager to apply their technical skills to solve practical problems within a professional services context. You will work closely with our consultants to ensure our digital platforms are reliable, clear, and functional.

What You Will Do

• Assist in building and maintaining responsive web interfaces using HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
• Update and refine the internal documentation portals used by our consultants for project tracking and research.
• Help create and maintain interactive data visualizations that turn complex client data into clear, readable charts and graphs.
• Perform regular testing across various browsers and devices to ensure a consistent experience for our clients and team members.
• Draft and organize technical documentation for internal tools to ensure the team can use them effectively.
• Troubleshoot and resolve front-end bugs or layout issues reported by the consulting staff.
• Collaborate with the technical lead to implement security updates and improve the performance of our existing web assets.
• Support the integration of third-party applications into our remote workflow to help the team stay organized.
