How we work

Our team operates entirely remotely, which means we do not rely on office politics or informal water-cooler conversations to get things done. Instead, we prioritize deep work and thorough documentation. We believe that if something is important, it should be written down clearly. This approach allows us to have the hard conversations about performance and accountability that our clients require, without the distractions of a traditional office setting. Our culture is one of professional respect and intellectual honesty, where the quality of your thinking and the accuracy of your work matter most.

What the role offers

  • A permanent, full-time position with a clear path for professional development in the management consulting sector.
  • Competitive pay that is attractive for entry-level professionals and reflective of the importance of this role.

In this role, your work will provide the foundation for the structural truths we present to our clients. By managing the details of our projects, you allow our consultants to focus on uncovering the friction points that hinder organizational progress. Your contribution ensures that the financial services provider we are supporting receives the clear, actionable path forward they need to improve their operations. It is unglamorous but necessary work that leads to meaningful change within some of the largest organizations in Europe.
