An exciting opportunity exists for a Legal Supervisor\\ to join a well-established legal team. This role is ideal for an admitted attorney who enjoys mentoring others, leading a team and ensuring legal matters are managed efficiently and professionally. Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and support a team of paralegals, candidate legal practitioners and attorneys
Assist Legal Managers with the day-to-day running of the department
Provide guidance, coaching and technical support to the team
Monitor workflow and ensure matters are progressed efficiently
Admitted Attorney
Previous supervisory or team leadership experience
Strong people management and communication skills
Debt collection experience would be advantageous
