Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily on-site operations.
- Coordinate labour, subcontractors, and materials.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and to standard.
- Enforce health and safety regulations.
- Report progress to project management.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years proven experience as a Senior Foreman.
- Minimum NQF4/5 TJEKA
- NQF6 advantageous
- Red Seal Certificate advantageous.
- MBA advantageous.
- Must reside in the Western Cape.
Experience
- Solid experience in both commercial and residential construction.
- Experience in structural, wet trades and finishing.
- Strong leadership and site supervision skills.
- Ability to manage teams, timelines, and quality standards.
- Good understanding of construction drawings and site safety.
