Creative & Digital Marketing Manager

Are you a creative thinker with a passion for digital marketing, branding, and leading high-performing teams? We're looking for a Creative & Digital Marketing Manager to drive our brand, digital presence, and marketing strategy in a fast-paced product distribution environment.

What You'll Do

• Lead and inspire a creative team across design, web, and multimedia.
• Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and sales.
• Oversee digital marketing, eCommerce, SEO, social media, paid campaigns, and website performance.
• Manage product launches, campaigns, events, and marketing activations.
• Ensure consistent branding across all platforms and marketing collateral.
• Analyse campaign performance and market trends to optimise results.
• Drive creative innovation, including AI tools and marketing automation.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years' marketing management experience, ideally in a product, distribution, electrical, or lighting environment.
• Strong digital marketing, eCommerce, SEO, Google Analytics/Ads, Meta Ads, and CRM experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and project management platforms such as Monday.com.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
• A strategic, commercially minded marketer with exceptional creativity, communication, and analytical skills.
