Senior Architectural Technologist - Johannesburg

Join a well-established, award-winning architectural practice in Johannesburg as a Senior Architectural Technologist. We are looking for an experienced and technically driven professional with exceptional Revit skills and a passion for producing high-quality architectural documentation on exciting commercial projects.

• Produce accurate construction documentation using Revit.
• Prepare technical drawings across all project phases.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants.
• Ensure compliance with relevant building regulations and standards.
• Attend site inspections and project meetings.
• Resolve technical design issues.
• Assist in delivering projects on programme and within budget.
• Mentor junior technologists where appropriate.

Education

• Diploma or Degree in Architectural Technology.
• SACAP registration advantageous.

Experience

• Minimum 5-6 years' post-qualification experience.
• Extremely proficient in Revit (non-negotiable).
• Strong technical detailing and documentation skills.
• Experience across all project stages.
• Sound knowledge of South African building regulations.
• Experience coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
